Kristin Elsner grew up in Missoula, Montana. She attended Montana State University and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Environmental Design. She currently lives in Livingston, MT and enjoys the outdoors and her dog.

Sam received a degree in Drafting and Design from South East Technical Institute in Souix Falls, SD.
Sam grew up in Minnesota, has lived in South Dakota and now resides in Bozeman. He moved to Bozeman in 2017 to be close to the mountains. Sam loves to water ski, paddle board and hike with his dog.
William O. Hicks was born in Litchfield, Minnesota. He attended the University of Minnesota where he studied electrical engineering. Desiring a more tangible form of creative expression, he moved to Bozeman to study architectural design at Montana State University.
Bill has worked in the field for over 20 years designing and building projects that range from custom homes and ranches to assisted living complexes and full service gymnasiums.
Bill lives in his childhood home on Lake Ripley in Litchfield, MN. He enjoys spending time building things and being outside basking in the glory and beauty of the world God gave us.

Kristin Vanderland grew up in Beaverdam, Virginia and came to Montana in 2007 for the mountains and to study architecture at Montana State University. She received her Masters in Architecture 2014 and is working her way toward licensure.
Lucas T. Schad, AIA was born and raised in Springfield, Illinois. He attended Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, IL graduating with a Bachelors in Architectural Studies. He headed west to study architectural design at Montana State University at Bozeman where he received a Master's in Architecture.
While being a teaching assistant and finishing his Master's Degree, Lucas worked a full time job at a drafting firm in Bozeman. Lucas moved to Livingston in 2003 and worked for a local firm for 10 years on projects that ranged in size from small additions to multi-million dollar commercial ranches. In 2014, Lucas decided to hang out his shingle and open LTS Architecture.
Lucas is married to a his beautiful wife and is a proud father of two boys and one girl. He enjoys wood working in his shop, hiking in the mountains and hunting. Mostly he enjoys the problem solving nature of the architecture profession.
